Are you feeling stuck in your career? Do you want t
If you have ADD or ADHD the tendency can be to go fast, travel light, make quick decisions, stay in motion and then collapse. While we might want to travel light and move fast, we can't help but notice we have an enormous amount of baggage wherever we go.
What's up with that?
First off, there is the baggage of ADD/ADHD. That in itself can be a major piece of baggage.
Then, there is the history of less-than-stellar outcomes brought on by ADD/ADHD.
Then, there are relationship messes that ADD/ADHD has been part of.
Then, there are the hits to the ego, which add to feelings of insecurity, lack of self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence.
Then, there are the missed opportunities because of the lack of confidence and courage.
Then, there can be run-ins with the law.
Then, there can be substance abuse.
Because of these setbacks and discouraging outcomes, there can be depression and feelings of isolation.
I don't think I have to go on. Your situation with your ADD or ADHD (which can be hyper-activity or hypo-activity) may be worse than this, or it may be less. The point is, to whatever degree you feel victimized by your ADD or ADHD, you can change that, and I can help you.
Three things must happen for this change.
How do I know I can help you? I've been there and done it—and I'm still doing it—as are many of my family. So, I know this struggle first-hand. I am in the trenches with you.
