I am a 55-year-old retired railroad conductor. Since retiring from the railroad, I have faced various challenges regarding my personal development, including not knowing what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. In working with Mr. Bailey, I have established a number of tools to aid in focusing on my many talents and making correct decisions in pursuit of my life’s goals.
In my coaching with Mr. Bailey, I have found that life is a process, and by directing my life in a particular direction, I can enjoy myself and the individuals I choose to be a part of.

Is this your situation?
You know what to do; you just don't do it. And that is a mystery to you.
If you've read the books, watched the videos, know the quotes, and can advise or "coach" others but can't make the changes or achieve your desired goals.
What is missing?
It makes no sense. You're smart enough, and you know plenty, but it's still not happening. You get so far in your personal development and pursuit of your goals, and at some point, you fizzle out, forget, and lose momentum and motivation. What's going on? It is very frustrating. It can be maddening.
Here's the thing: Your strengths of being responsible, self-reliant, and having high expectations are inadvertently (and innocently) working against you without you knowing it.
Is there a way out of this predicament? Is there hope for you after you gave so much hope to others?
I first met Maikel pre-pandemic as a job seeker when I was in transition.
I had the pleasure of taking a leadership class from him, along with some personalized 1 on 1 job coaching. The leadership class he taught pushed me intellectually, but the principles really resonated, helping me to learn my leadership style(s) as well as those of others.
Maikel is really good at reading people and/or his audience and he adapts accordingly. Whether you're the CEO of a company, own your own business, or just out of college looking for your first job, he has a wealth of knowledge, resources, and experience that he can tap into when instructing.
I personally liked working with him 1 on 1 because you really couldn't hide anything, and he could see your strengths and weaknesses, allowing him to give you good/solid feedback on how to make the most (or least) of them.
I would recommend anyone who is struggling with their employment, leadership skills or maybe stuck in a certain gear professionally to give Maikel a call so he can uncover some hidden potential you might be overlooking or not maximizing.
If you know the personal development material yet are not doing it and you've had enough of knowing but are going nowhere, I invite you to break free of that cycle. End it today. Let's have a chat to begin opening new doors, get you out of your cage, and move into a bigger, more exciting, and fulfilling life. It costs you nothing, a

Six Things That Could Be Holding You Back From Becoming Your Best.
1. Fear of Failure and Success. Our Perfectionistic tendencies sabotage us repeatedly in ways we don't see, know, or understand. If we take on Perfectionism as if it were our best friend when, in fact, it is eating us alive, we are digging ourselves deeper into a hole. If we believe we must be "Perfect" in who we are and our performance, or we will not survive, we put ourselves in a very tough spot, not realizing it is our Perfectionistic expectation that keeps us unhappy and in survival.
2. Lack of Objectivity. None of us can be objective about ourselves. We are right in the middle of our world. We are the subject. Being the subject, we cannot be objective enough to effectively see where we are and what it will take to get us to the next level. We're too much in it to see it clearly.
3. Lack of Know How to Apply What You Know. It's not things to know a lot of things. It's another to put them into an actionable order. Order matters. Where you begin in your Journey is extremely important. Starting on the wrong foot can end your effort before you begin. How often have you attempted to make changes on your own only to have your efforts fizzle out?
4. Our Habits. Our habits are much more powerful, hidden, and dominating than we realize, particularly our fear-driven and avoidance habits. They operate at a subconscious level purposefully. It is almost as if they do not want to be discovered. And in many ways, that is very true. Who wants to be found out, especially about those things we feel the most vulnerable about?
5. Support and Encouragement. You may believe you don't require support and encouragement. Not true. Everyone needs these things. You may think that your family and friends can do that job. Certainly, they can and should be part of your support group. But a support group is not the same as working with an expert who knows the way, the things to avoid and get accelerate your personal growth and development
6. Accountability. Accountability is not judgment. It is reporting on progress, successes, breakthroughs, lessons learned, and areas where additional help is required from your coach. In other words, it is a time of celebration no matter how much or little headway you've made from your last coaching session. Instead of feeling defeated or not good enough, you see yourself growing, learning, and becoming more.
I liked everything about the program, but I especially liked talking to you, Mike. The way you talked to me made me feel at ease, and I felt like we had a good connection. You answered a lot of my questions and gave me the confidence I needed to keep going.
I am so grateful that Maikel Bailey is my coach. He is so knowledgeable. I just love our sessions. I feel like I'm learning so much. He is professional and willing to bend over backward for me. I know I can trust him. We are progressing very rapidly with him. He knows how to make this work. Thank you so much.
Can talk by phone or Zoom. The important thing is to get started. My best to you!
