I am forever changed for the better FROM THE EXPERIENCE
Maikel Was Far and Above Superior to the Others (Coaches) for Me
I hired Maikel to be my personal coach about a year ago. I’m not new to the coaching world, as I have worked previously with three other individuals who are well-known in the coaching and personal development circles. I know that I have benefited from all of their efforts but Maikel was far and above superior to the others for me. Instead of shoehorning me in to fit certain mold, he had me take a personality test and discussed the results with me. Then, he fashioned his coaching to fit my personality and learning style. Coaching is much more comfortable that way.
Maikel helped me understand myself and taught me how to allow my positive features to blossom and shrink the negative features that were preventing me from attaining my dreams. He worked with me on my dreams until I had clarity visually and verbally as to what I wanted. Then, he began the process of reverse engineering the goals list, so I was always heading towards my dreams.
